Greg Bennett founded The Greg Bennett Company as the Principal Broker in 1988. He is also a certified general appraiser with many hours of education and experience in both residential, commercial and rural land appraising. Greg is very active in rural and residential development with a great appreciation for recreational and timberland investments.

In 1989, I began my career as a Realtor with The Greg Bennett Company and became an Executive Broker in 1995. Along with listing and selling homes, I obtained my State Registered Appraisal license in 1995 and enjoy doing appraisal and real estate work for The Greg Bennett Company and Southwest Appraisals. Our company moved into our new office building located at 100 North Street in 2009 that combined The Greg Bennett Company, Southwest Appraisals, and Title Guaranty of Columbia County in one place for the convenience of all your real estate needs.

Jamie has been in real estate since 2008 and a broker since 2010. She is vice president of the Realtors Board of Columbia County. Jamie is originally from Nashville, Arkansas, but has lived in Magnolia for the last 16 years. She is married to Chad Daniel and they have 3 children, Patrick, Erin-Kay and Caroline. She is a member of First Baptist Church, Magnolia Jr. Charity League and Magnolia Boys and Girls Club.

Krystal graduated from University of Arkansas Community College of Hope with an associates degree in Science and worked as a Respiratory Therapist for five years. She is also the previous owner of “Shake the Weight” in Magnolia. Krystal competed her Real Estate course at Arkansas Institute of Real Estate in June of 2011. She has been married for 9 years to Brian Goodwin, who is also a Realtor with The Greg Bennett Company and they have two children, Brodie and Eli. She loves helping people find the perfect home to “suite their fancy”. She is a member of the Magnolia Board of Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association and National Realtors Association.

  Brian graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry. Since his graduation, he has worked as a Consultant Forester, managing timberlands for private landowners in the Arkla-Tex Region. He is a State Registered Forester and the current owner of Precision Forestry, LLC. Overtime, he has incorporated numerous services to help grow his business. In 2007, he became a State Registered Real Estate Appraiser in order to assist landowners in estate planning. In 2009, he became a Petroleum Landman and is currently assisting oil and gas companies acquire mineral leases for the exploration and development of oil and gas. He received his Arkansas Real Estate License from the Arkansas Institute of Real Estate in June 2011. He is married to Krystal Goodwin, who is also an agent with The Greg Bennett Company, and has two wonderful children, Brodie and Eli.
